VILLA SKY
Villa Sky is designed as a first-floor double and includes a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area and a large, air-conditioned double bedroom complete with timber ceiling beams and a stand-alone tub. However, there is a separate adjoining bathroom if you prefer while guests can also enjoy unspoiled views over the historic ghost village and surrounding forest from a large sun terrace shrouded by the spectacular, star-filled sky at night.
VILLA ZEN
Designed with honeymoon couples in mind, Villa Zen enjoys a private space within the complex and offers a large double bedroom with an adjoining en-suite bathroom equipped with a stand-alone tub overlooking private gardens at the rear. The air-conditioned, openplan living accommodation incorporates a wellequipped, contemporary kitchen/diner and a spacious lounge with a large wall-mounted digital TV, with plenty of warmth from an open log fire in the winter months.
VILLA JOY
Villa Joy 140m² kapalı kullanım alanı ile iki kattan oluşan, tesisimizdeki en büyük villadır. Alt katında kendine ait banyosu olan ve bahçeye açılan bir yatak odası, oturma odası ve tam donanımlı bir mutfak bulunmaktadır. Üst katında ise jakuzili ve duşlu banyosu, oturma alanı, tarihi Kayaköy manzaralı balkonu bulunan bir yatak odası bulunmaktadır.
VILLA BLISS
Villa Bliss boasts a ground-floor double bedroom with direct access to the pool-side terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen/diner complete with beautiful timber beams, a separate airconditioned lounge with a wall-mounted digital TV, a spacious bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Additional features include a traditional wood-burning stove for the winter months and the delightful summer terrace overlooking the pool and walled gardens beyond.
VILLA HARMONY
Villa Harmony offers two en-suite bedrooms, one furnished as a double and the other as a twin. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a stylish island ideal for dining or as a preparation area, with the large air conditioned living room with its impressive vaulted ceiling beyond, including a wall-mounted digital TV and an integral log fire for the cooler winter months. VILLA SUNSHINE
Villa Sunshine is the second of our twobedroom villas, each including its own luxury en-suite facilities. The large, fully-equipped kitchen offers everything a keen chef might need adjoining a comfortable, air conditioned lounge complete with a large digital TV, an integral log fire for the winter months and all beneath an impressive vaulted ceiling with stout timber beams. Outside, a large terrace overlooks the main pool, surrounded by timber decking.

Kayavillas Exclusive is located at the foothills of historical Kayaköy, within a 4500 square meter of gated garden. It consists of seven villas where you can either enjoy your privacy at your own garden and pool or socialise with our other guests at Tongitto Bar and Ada Restaurant.
